Technical Architecture & Functional Positioning
The F3330 is the standard high-availability digital output module for the classic H41q/H51q family. Each of the eight outputs is driven by dual diverse drivers with continuous readback comparison. Any discrepancy between commanded state and actual feedback forces the channel to the safe (de-energised) state within the system’s process safety time.
In large H51q installations the F3330 typically actuates emergency shutdown valves, motor contactors, and trip solenoids while maintaining full diagnostic coverage required for SIL3/4 and AK6 burner safety applications.
