Technical Architecture & Functional Positioning

The F3349 is the highest-density safety digital output module in the entire H41q/H51q family. It provides twice the channel count of the classic F3330 while maintaining full 1oo2D diagnostics and readback on every single output — a capability unmatched by most modern systems even today.

Each of the 16 outputs is driven by dual diverse drivers with continuous comparison. Any deviation between commanded state and readback forces immediate safe de-energisation and generates a specific diagnostic message in the central unit.

It is the preferred choice whenever maximum I/O density is required in legacy H41q/H51q installations (e.g., large burner management systems with dozens of safety valves, alarm annunciators, or pilot-light circuits).
