    GE MTS6-3-1-1-0 is a single-channel moisture (dew point) analyzer from the Panametrics Moisture Target™ Series 6, intended for industrial gas and compressed air monitoring. It accepts inputs from GE M-Series aluminum oxide probes or VeriDri transmitters and displays dew/frost point with programmable analog outputs and alarm relays.

    Rated for panel-mount or board-level configurations with NEMA 4/IP66 front-panel sealing, this unit also includes a MicroSD card slot supporting up to ~32 GB for datalogging. Its isolated current/voltage outputs simplify integration into PLC/SCADA acquisition systems.

    Phase 1 — Pre-Installation (est. 10 min)
    De-energize installation. Wait 5 min for supply discharge. Tools: insulated screwdriver, label tags, torque driver, multimeter, probe wiring diagrams. Document existing moisture probe wiring and mounting cutouts for panel installations.

    Phase 2 — Removal (est. 5 min)
    Label all external wiring (sensor, power, outputs). Remove panel retaining screws; slide unit straight out. Inspect cutout gasket and adjacent wiring for damage.

    Phase 3 — Installation (est. 10 min)
    Confirm part is MTS6-3-1-1-0 and matches panel cutout. Install with captive screws; torque per OEM sheet. Connect sensor/probe, supply power (100–240 V AC or 24 V DC), isolated analog output, and alarm relay wiring. Ensure proper polarity on analog outputs.

    Apply power; observe boot sequence on LCD. Using front keypad, confirm sensor interface and measurement units (°C/°F). Configure analog output scaling and alarm setpoints.
