    Installation & Configuration Guide

    Phase 1 — Pre-Installation (est. 10 min)
    De-energize panel; wait 5 min for bus discharge.
    Gather tools: insulated screwdriver, torque driver, label tags, multimeter, laptop, ESD strap.
    Backup PLC/DCS config; photograph existing I/O wiring, terminal blocks, jumpers.

    Release latch; slide module straight off DIN backplane.
    Inspect adjacent modules and field wiring for wear or corrosion.

    Phase 3 — Installation (est. 10 min)
