    Product Introduction
A failed power-distribution board can take an entire Mark V turbine control panel offline. The GE DS200TCPDG1B is the TCPD power distribution board used in the Speedtronic Mark V system. It sits in the PD core and routes 125 V DC to the Control Engine core, TCPS boards in each I/O core, and TCEA boards in the protective P1 core.

Eight toggle switches allow individual core power-down. Thirty-six fuses, each with its own OK LED, give immediate visual status. The board also supplies 120/240 V AC to ignition transformers on DTBC terminal boards. No software configuration is required. Installation & Configuration Guide

    Phase 1 — Pre-Installation (est. 10 min)
De-energize the Mark V panel and wait the required discharge time. Tools: insulated screwdriver, multimeter, ESD wrist strap. Photograph the existing board orientation, all power terminals, fuse positions and toggle-switch settings. Note which cores are currently powered.

    Phase 2 — Removal (est. 5–10 min)
Label every cable and terminal. Open the fuse canisters if needed for identification. Disconnect power feeds (125 V DC and any AC), signal wires and the 10-pin connector. Release mounting hardware and withdraw the board carefully. Inspect the PD core backplane for bent pins or contamination.

    Phase 3 — Installation (est. 10 min)
ESD protection first. Confirm the part number is DS200TCPDG1B. Replicate the photographed terminal layout and switch positions exactly. Seat the board fully, reconnect 125 V DC, AC feeds and signal wiring. Close all fuse canisters.

    Phase 4 — Power-On & Testing (est. 15 min)
Apply power. Verify all OK LEDs illuminate. Check toggle-switch function for each core. Confirm 125 V DC at the TCPS and TCEA destinations and 120/240 V AC at the ignition transformer feeds. Run the system stable >30 min and log the board change.

    Troubleshooting quick-reference:

    • OK LED dark → replace corresponding fuse
    • Core dead → check toggle switch and upstream 125 V DC feed
    • No ignition power → verify AC input and DTBC connection
