Standard Quality Control Procedure

- Incoming Inspection: Verification of physical documentation, visual inspection for PCB copper track oxidation or connector pin wear, and serial number cross-referencing against manufacturer production records.
- Live Functional Test: Insertion into a dedicated VM600 test rack. The card undergoes power-on self-test checks, backplane bus handshake validation, 0–10 V and 4–20 mA signal injection across all 4 dynamic channels, speed input signal tracking, and a 24-hour continuous burn-in run with thermal tracking. Full test reports and video evidence are provided upon request.
- Electrical Parameter Tests: Insulation resistance evaluation using a 500 V megger (>10 MΩ target) between logic power planes and chassis ground, alongside supply voltage stability measurements.
- Firmware / Configuration Verification: Digital readout and recording of onboard DSP firmware builds (e.g., V3.1.0) and hardware jumper matrix settings.
- Final QC + Packaging: Final engineering sign-off, sealing inside anti-static ESD bags, multi-layer bubble wrap protection, heavy-duty carton packaging, and attachment of a dated “QC Passed” label. Passed the above checks; verified functional at time of test.
