    Installation & Configuration Guide

    Phase 1—Pre-Installation (est. 10 min)
    De-energize the 24 V DC supply and isolate the hydraulic system. Wait 5 min for pressure bleed-off. Grab a Torx T20, wire strippers, and a Fluke 115 multimeter. Export your current governor configuration and photograph the existing converter’s terminal wiring, X0/X1 potentiometer settings, and mounting position.

    Phase 2—Removal (est. 5 min)
    Label every hydraulic line before disconnecting—Pin, PA, T1, T2. Release the M10 fastening bolts (35 Nm), lift the module straight up, and inspect the adapter plate O-rings for nicks or corrosion.

    Phase 3—Installation (est. 10 min)
    Strap on your ESD wristband. Verify the part number matches DSG-B05243. Replicate the X0/X1 potentiometer settings from your photos—X0 sets PA min at 4 mA, X1 sets PA max at 20 mA.
