    Product Introduction

ABB HBFFAEAGNDC6ACB11G is a REF615 feeder protection relay for MV feeder protection, control, measurement, and supervision in utility and industrial networks. In practice, this unit fits radial, looped, and meshed distribution systems.

From a procurement view, this one matters because it supports sensor or conventional instrument transformer inputs, IEC 61850 Ed. 1/2, and Modbus/DNP3 communications. The relay comes in a withdrawable plug-in design, which cuts swap time in the panel. Well, technically that helps maintenance speed; it does not remove the need to confirm firmware and application settings first.
